**Position Title**:Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time)

**Position Summary**:
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Front Desk Coordinator provides staff and client support within an organized intensive outpatient treatment facility. Responsible for efficiently managing front desk operations, administrative duties, and the communication of client responses/behavior with the clinical team.

**Minimum Qualifications/Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience working in intensive outpatient or residential treatment setting _(preferred)_
- 1+ years experience working in a clerical/administrative role _(preferred)_
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of sobriety if identifying as being in recovery _(desirable)_

**Supervised by**: Director of Operations

**Responsibilities and Specific Job Duties**:

- Greets and welcomes clients and guests in a friendly & professional manner.
- Maintains office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Ensures the reception area is tidy and presentable
- Maintains the integrity of facility entryway
- Retrieves and sorts mail and package deliveries daily
- Participates in weekly supervision or as otherwise required
- Assists Director of Operation with tasks, as assigned
- Assists in client admissions, ensuring completion of the safety tour, initial assessments, consent forms, and releases
- Communicates with client pharmacies, as needed
- Managing client daily attendance
- Coordinates Medical Director schedule
- Ensures completion and delivery of clients weekly schedules
- Communicates with other facilities to request client medical records
- Communicates with clinical team members regarding client responses/behaviors and any concerning issues that arise.
- Notifies primary therapist or clinical director immediately if there is a client safety concern.
- Provides milieu management support, as needed
- Manages the Company’s data dashboard
- Participates in other Verve program and recovery community activities
- Ensures physical facility safety and security by conducting regular checks for working

CO2, smoke, AED machine, and fire alarms, perimeter checks, and working lights and fixtures.
- Follows emergency procedures (including phone call protocol, etc.)
- Responsible for management of daily lunch orders for PHP clients
- Monitors and maintains facility inventory, ordering supplies and updating spreadsheets daily
- Other administrative duties, as assigned

**Employee Accountability**:
As an employee of Verve Behavioral Health, the Front Desk Coordinator adheres to expectations of the organization, and applicable external agencies and organizations. Specifically, the employee:

- Maintains familiarity with and adheres to the Verve Policy & Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook, DC licensing regulations, and The Joint Commission standards
- Maintains their professional license(s) and certification(s) in good standing
- Fulfills professional continuing education (CEUs) requirements and provides documentation to Verve
- Follows Verve and professional discipline Codes of Ethics
- Adheres to organization policies, and Federal and State regulations regarding client confidentiality and privacy (e.g., 42CFR part 2, HIPAA, etc.)
- Meets established timeframes for clinical and administrative documentation completion
- Completes required on-going staff training and other specific training activities identified in their professional development plan; provides Verve with documentation as requested
- Discloses any existing or potential conflicts of interest
- Expected to report any incidence or suspicion of professional misconduct, waste, fraud and abuse, violation of clients’ rights, conflict of interest, substance misuse, or retaliative behavior by any Verve personnel to immediate supervisor or the Compliance Officer
