**Essential Functions**

Embark on a journey within your designated territory as our esteemed Natura Retail Coordinator, where you'll be entrusted with the following pivotal responsibilities:

- Conduct in-store services for our valued retail partners, including captivating demos, budtender training sessions, and engaging retailer events such as retail takeovers and community collaborations.
- Explore and seize new opportunities to foster relationships with retail partners, from innovative merchandising strategies to community-driven events and enhanced budtender engagement.
- Foster seamless communication with account managers, ensuring alignment and efficient completion of tasks.
- Capture compelling video and photo content during in-store demos and services to showcase on Instagram, spotlighting our products and the highlights of partnering dispensaries. Document demo experiences and staff appreciation moments on Instagram, amplifying the visibility of partner dispensaries carrying our products.
- Secure prime merchandising spaces within retail establishments to elevate brand visibility and ensure product availability.
- Oversee all aspects of Visual Merchandising within assigned dispensary accounts, ensuring brand consistency and impactful representation.
- Demonstrate and sell products during demos through comprehensive budtender and consumer education, highlighting the unique benefits of all Natura brands and products.
- Seamlessly integrate customer engagement into every interaction, elucidating the advantages of our diverse product portfolio.
- Maintain meticulous records by updating the CRM system and completing daily activity forms, offering invaluable feedback while in the field supporting our retail partners.
- Execute daily administrative tasks, providing insightful feedback from field activities and robust support to our retail partners.
- Maintain an up-to-date calendar showcasing current and pre scheduled field activities, demonstrating efficiency and diligence in fieldwork management.
- Collaborate with our BA agency partner to schedule and execute demos in areas beyond a 35-mile radius from your home address, expanding our reach and impact.
- Spearhead budtender training initiatives and knowledge testing, including engaging contests or awards to incentivize top performers, while leading all Education and Enrollment protocols.
- Cultivate enduring relationships through tailored events, promotions, and exclusive offerings, showcasing our brand's unique value proposition. Monitor store traffic and gather feedback and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and optimize our approach.
- Conduct proactive audits of brand materials, ensuring alignment with current branding guidelines and recommending updates when necessary.
- Offer research assistance and perform basic data analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning efforts.
- Hybrid role: Field-based with occasional administrative duties at the home office; supports Trade Marketing Coordinator as needed.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of cannabis experience or strong knowledge of cannabis brands and products required.
- Minimum 1 year experience in public-facing event roles or cannabis event experience a plus.
- Previous customer service or people-oriented field experience desired.
- High energy with an outgoing personality is a must.
- Exceptional organizational skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Basic knowledge of Google Suites required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Passion for success and cannabis industry enthusiasm necessary.
- Network builder attitude crucial; existing cannabis network or online followers advantageous.
- Patience, flexibility, and task-switching ability required.

**Details**
- 90 Day Probation Period
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week, 5 days, 8 hours per day
- Overtime available with pre-approval
- : Tuesday - Saturday (may vary some weeks)
- Residency in assigned Sacramento terr
