- Build and develop a collaborative, high performing, fun staff team by coaching, leading team-building efforts, and ensuring staff have access to the resources and professional development opportunities they need to grow.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to both encourage internal promotions and hire top-notch external talent.
- Ensure our compensation and benefits are competitive with peer organizations, are internally equitable, and encourage staff retention. Manage and seek to improve employee benefits.

- Oversee and manage the community bike shop and the youth education programs centered around bike repair and bike riding.
