Description:
The Front Desk Coordinator will answer phone calls and greet visitors professionally with a positive, polite manner and direct to the correct recipients.
- Answer incoming calls within three rings and direct calls correctly.
- Welcome and greet all visitors to the agency and supply parking pass, direct them appropriately based on their request.
- Professionally take messages and deliver them on a timely basis.
- Properly train staff who will be the relief receptionist.
- Speak clearly on the phone with a polite demeanor.
- When a caller asks to hold, check back with caller to see if they would like to continue to hold, leave a message or see if someone else can assist them.
- Perform general office duties as needed.
- Book conference rooms as needed for each floor.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Order all postage supplies.
- Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
- Communicate with Supervisor/Manager any issues to ensure excellent customer service.
- Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to workflow procedures and follow guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
- Promptly report all E&O claims and potential E&O claims.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with AMS360 a plus.

Salary Range is $37,500 - $42,500.
