**Responsibilities**
- Meet new business production goals and objectives through leads & referral sources.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Networking etc.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements to maintain knowledge of new products.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
**Requirements**:
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required within 30-days of employment.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.

- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
