The Storytelling department is the owner of the brand voice. We are responsible for transforming marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling creative concepts for all markets. We collaborate within our department and across Global Marketing, Product Development, Communications, and Digital to deliver consumer-facing content that is unique to fresh. We love telling stories as much as using skincare.

**Your Impact to the role**:

- Work closely with Storytelling campaign leads to ensure digital copy is consistent within the 360-campaign strategy and implements brand voice
- Responsible for concepting and creating paid media scripts (including voiceovers and supers) on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms in partnership with marketing and East and West markets
- With an expertise in the native social space and in partnership with the social team, develop on-brand captions that are engaging and “edutaining”
- Own product page content with a focus on reformulations and repositing of products, leveraging SEO strategy, consumer insights, and high conversion tactics
- Have a pulse on social, paid media, and beauty industry trends and competitive
- Support Storytelling in editing, proofreading, and validating all consumer-facing digital material

**Your impact in your first year**:
The Manager of Digital Storytelling will be instrumental in optimizing our digital conversion rate globally. They will play an active role in implementing digital copy strategy into at least 6 major campaigns in partnership with Storytelling, Social, and Digital and infusing a digital-first mindset in the greater Storytelling team. They will also have set up an efficient process of updating product page copy to improve web performance based on category growth goals.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

**Qualifications** WHO YOU ARE**

You have:

- 5-7 Years of Experience Required in beauty, agency, or an in-house design department; luxury is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, or Communications
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates high quality digital copywriting including DTC and social content
- Significant experience with SEO and paid media content strategy delivering high conversion while ensuring engagement and brand loyalty
- Expertise in translating brand voice into the native social landscape
- 2-3 years of experience managing projects and people
- Deep understanding of e-commerce, luxury brand positioning, and pop culture trends within the beauty space

You can:

- Understand the competitive landscape in terms of voice, marketing, and messaging
- Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver digital copy needs keeping in mind regulatory constraints
- Comfortably work in a collaborative environment; able to easily adapt to departments’ versatile needs and take direction and feedback

You are:

- Knowledgeable about the Chinese consumer and their digital platforms is a plus (RED, WeChat, TMall, etc.)

You possess:

- Detail oriented and able to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Solid experience managing projects
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills (grammar is second nature)
- Proven Project Management Skills
