**THE POSITION**:
**DESCRIPTION OF WORK**:

- As a Human Services Program Representative 2, you will supervise and strategize on risk management frameworks, oversee quality teams, and spearhead system enhancements to protect the health, safety, and rights of individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, or autism. Your duties will include:

- Leading and supervising program representatives
- Providing support and assistance to counties in the southeast region
- Overseeing incident, risk, and quality management in the region, including Quality Assessment & Improvement (QA&I)
- Collaborating with other offices, including the Office of Long-Term Living and Department of Health to ensure consistency in program implementation, including Community HealthChoices (CHC) and Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) concerns
- Overseeing and addressing issues with individual data, specifically issues with Master Client Index (MCI) number duplicates and adoptions
- Overseeing customer service, complaint, and other inquiries to the office to ensure timely and appropriate response
- Acting as eligibility and level of care lead in the southeast region

** Work Schedule and Additional Information**:

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- ** Telework**:You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Philadelphia.

**Minimum Experience and Training Requirements**:

- One year as a Human Services Program Representative 1; **or**:

- Four years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; **or**:

- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

**Other Requirements**:
