We are currently looking to hire a full time Quality Assurance Project Assistant to work in our Quality Assurance Department

**Quality Assurance Project Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Support all ongoing quality assurance programs such as commercial contracts and payment programs
- Gather, input and analyze clinical data from PMG's EMR system and data from outside vendors
- Complete audits of patient charts in the EMR system
- Generate recall letters to patients
- Ensure accuracy of data entry for written work
- Internal communication within PMG for partner meetings
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

**Quality Assurance Project Assistant Requirements**:

- High school diploma (required)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Medical office experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Experience with NextGen EMR (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

**Schedule**:

- Overtime as required
