- Proven work experience as a General Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role; has worked as a manager in multiple restaurants
- Solid understanding of basic math and business principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Aptitude in managing different types of books (expenses, personnel, etc.)
