**Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and products.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to optimize space utilization and efficiency.
- Perform regular inventory counts to reconcile physical stock with records and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the inventory manager.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill internal inventory requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse or storage areas.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
