**Essential Functions**
- Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards.
- Scheduling the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, schedule, quality, and standard operating procedures are met.
- Monitoring incremental project schedules to ensure upcoming events are on track and are being proactively attended to.
- May be assigned responsibility for a specific segment of a project.
- Exude leadership and guidance principles to ensure successful management of project.
- Maintains and supports safety programs by promoting and maintaining a culture that values safety, health, and cleanliness.
- Maintains and leads the on-site QA/QC plan throughout life of project.
- Preparation and execution of the project closeout process.
- Attends and participates in pre-construction, progress, and other project and staff meetings.
- Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives.
