We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Regional Sales Executive to manage our Texas region, which includes the major metropolitan areas of Houston (regional hub), San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas. This role is crucial for optimizing our market presence and ensuring that our innovative products are well-represented and stocked.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly travel across Houston, San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas to maintain and enhance relationships with retail partners.
- Conduct proactive cold calling and outreach to establish new business relationships and expand market presence.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and drive growth.
- Prepare detailed reports on market feedback, sales performance, and inventory status for the management team.
- Serve as the primary contact for all sales-related issues and opportunities within the Texas region.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent and promote Cassini USA products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales or account management experience, ideally within the cannabis industry or alternative products industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using technology and software solutions.
- Versatile, flexible, and willing to work within a constantly changing and growing environment.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Commission on new accounts.
- Opportunities for professional development.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid Driver's License required.
- Must be willing to travel extensively throughout the Texas region, primarily by car.

**Work Location**:

- Based in Houston, TX, with required travel to San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas.
