**Summary**:
CALM is looking for a driven and dedicated Santa Barbara based Childhood Trauma Treatment Program Manager (CTT PM). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Trauma Treatment, the CTT PM holds a crucial role in planning, organizing, and directing the full scope of operational activities within the CTT department. The CTT department provides individual and family treatment to facilitate recovery for children and families exposed to abuse, neglect, or violence. CTT programs foster children's resilience and recovery from adverse experiences. The CTT PM oversees the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the department ensuring activities are trauma informed, culturally responsive, and aligned with CALM’s mission and vision.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Provide direction for the CTT team and oversight of all clinical services provided.?
- Ensure compliance with all CALM policies and procedures.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and train staff.
- Enforce high ethical and legal standards for all clinical practices.
- Provide administrative supervision and/or clinical supervision to staff.
- Maintain clinical licensure and certification in departments-specific modalities of treatment.
- Ensure clinical staff and clinical supervisors are trained in evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Assist in establishing and refining measurable performance objectives for each program.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and address performance/disciplinary actions as needed.
- Oversee department contracts countywide and collaborate with other managers to ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure contractual expectations and deliverables are met.
- Ensure clinical productivity standards are achieved.
- Supervise collection of program standardized assessments for treatment planning and program evaluation purposes.
- Monitor program outcomes and support program evaluation efforts to guide continuous quality improvement.
- Maintain oversight of program expenditures to ensure costs are within the approved budget, and inform necessary budgetary changes, modifications, and priorities. ?Exercise appropriate cost control measures.
- Remain current on research and developments in the field of trauma and resilience.
- Identify opportunities for program expansion and growth.?
- Represent the program in various settings and build effective collaborations with community partners.
- Compile monthly program performance reports.
- Provide limited direct clinical service as needed.
- Serve on CALM’s Leadership Team and attend monthly meetings.
- Other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
