The Sales Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing our customer's experience and supporting our sales team. This individual will be responsible for:

- **Custom Order Taking**: Collaborating directly with clients to understand their needs and specifications for custom orders, ensuring their visions are brought to life with precision.
- **Updating Clients on Delivery**: Proactively communicating with clients about the status of their orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Learning New Systems**: Quickly adapting to and mastering our computer systems, point of sale (POS) system, and various communication platforms to enhance efficiency.
- **Flexible Working Hours**: The ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our clientele.
- **Policy Adherence**: Consistently following all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards to maintain our reputation for excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and customer service, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and professional interactions with clients and team members.
- A proven track record of learning and adapting to new technologies and systems.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A team player who can work collaboratively with sales and design teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
