Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities:

- Does research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
- Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
- Negotiate pricing and control cost
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate on cost reduction initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate supplier capabilities, reliability, and compliance to ensure high-quality products and services
- Operate within a culture of excellence in the execution of transactional procurement activities: on time ordering, order book maintenance, lead time accuracy, pricing accuracy, order acknowledgements, rescheduling, overdue order follow through, invoice accuracy.

**Salary**: $45,419.73 - $57,107.63 per year
