**Compensation**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct meetings with residential customers to address sewer and drain problems and propose effective solutions.
- Establish strong connections with new clients by providing in-depth details on services and pricing.
- Prepare precise sales proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Engage in negotiations and successfully close sales transactions.
- Uphold a positive representation of Barker and Sons, fostering referrals and goodwill.
- Stay informed about industry developments and customer preferences.
- Surpass challenging sales targets set by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong presentation, public speaking, and follow-up skills are essential for this role.
- A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets is a requirement.
- Financial acumen and the ability to assess job profitability are crucial skills needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems is considered advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is a prerequisite.
- A neat and clean-cut appearance is expected from all applicants.
- Possession of a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
