**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Your Role**: As a Bathroom Remodeling Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of Bath Flip, showcasing our high-quality products and services to potential customers, and guiding them in creating their dream bathroom spaces.
- **Lead Generation**:Utilize the provided leads to drive sales and grow your customer base.
- **Consultation Excellence**:Conduct in-home consultations, understanding customer needs and presenting ideal solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**:Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

**Who You Are**:

- A motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for persuasion.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales, especially in-home consulting, is a plus but not a necessity.
