What You'll Be Doing:
- Focus on sales, business development and recruitment in a busy 360 role
- Conduct interviews with candidates to understand their needs and match them to suitable roles
- Develop relationships with clients and candidates through various methods such as cold calling and in-person meetings
- Match candidates to a variety of permanent roles
- Advertise on job boards and attract candidates through various resourcing methods
- Maintain compliance information for candidates and clients as per company policy
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
