The Missionary Servants of the Most Blessed Trinity. MSBT is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing a missionary spirit in the laity and working for the preservation of the faith. We are seeking Part-time Clerical support for our Archives Department.

This position is approximately about 12 hours a week. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.) There is some flexibility for this position. (1:30-4:30)

MSBT is located in Far NE Philadelphia, near Frankford and Solly Avenue.

**Salary will be based upon experience.**

**Purpose of job**:To assist in clerical tasks in the Archives Department, including creation of data bases, catalogues, etc.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain existing data bases with new entries.
- Establish data bases for a variety of files.
- Assist in filing and cataloguing photos and photo albums.
- Assist in the on-going preservation of archival materials as they are received into the Archives.
- Perform activities necessary to maintain clean, neat, safe and efficient environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of the department and MSBT.

**Education and Experience**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of clerical experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Accuracy proofreading all materials.
- Computer literate. Experience with Word Perfect a plus.
- Sufficient maturity to handle the expectations of a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to function in cooperative, team oriented environment.
- Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to organize, manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong independent and interpersonal skills are required.
- Creativity is a must.
- Business casual dress and neat appearance required at all times.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs.
- Able to read, write and speak English fluently.
