Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Excellent writing and editing proficiency in English and Simplified Chinese to create a wide variety of content, including press releases, contributed articles, talking points, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Creating and maintaining an editorial calendar that supports our content strategy and ensures consistent brand messaging on Chinese-language platforms.
- Leading the creation of content for the bank’s Chinese-language social media accounts to drive awareness and engagement.
- Building relationships with Chinese media, influencers, and partners.
- Engaging with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in communications, public relations, and social media management
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong bilingual reading, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with keen business acumen and attention to detail
- Highly creative and proficient in using Chinese-language social media platforms
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Financial services or journalism experience is a plus
Compensation: The base pay range for this position is USD $80,000.00/Yr. - USD $120,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
