**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Management**:_
- Maintain filing systems for documents, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
- Organize and categorize documents, promptly scanning and filing for accurate record-keeping.
- **Communication Management**:_
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and meetings, and sending out invitations and reminders.
- **Procore Management**:_
- Oversee users within the Procore platform, ensuring accurate project information input.
- Track purchase orders and direct costs for project budget transparency.
- **Travel Coordination**:_
- Arrange travel itineraries, prepare expense reports, and provide support for reservations and event planning.
- **Training and Compliance**:_
- Maintain familiarity with company policies, procedures, and relevant tools.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to data protection regulations.
- **Review and Improvement**:_
- Periodically review administrative processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to assess administrative support service effectiveness.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Procore).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
