Intuitive’s Global Enterprise Technologies (GET) is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to help craft and deliver impactful communications that keep our teams informed and engaged. This person will report to the Director of GET Org Effectiveness and support key stakeholders across the GET organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy tailored to the GET needs, including messaging, communication channels, and diverse tactics.
- Create and distribute engaging internal communications content, including announcements, newsletters, Zoom posts, intranet content, videos, presentations, and more.
- Support GET all-hand meetings by creating compelling content and managing event logistics to ensure a great experience for our hybrid audience.
- Advise key stakeholders on the internal communications strategy, including channel, timing, voice, and corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to ensure internal communication remains clear, consistent, and aligned with the strategic direction of the business.
- Project manage our internal communications intake process/calendar, intranet, and distribution of internal comms.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal communications through feedback and data analysis, proposing improvements accordingly.
- Establish and maintain a dynamic content calendar, ensuring the timeliness and relevance of internal communications.
- Identify innovative approaches to foster employee engagement.
- Help brainstorm creative new ways to engage our global teams and continue to improve internal communications at Intuitive.

**Skill/Job Requirements**:
**Competency Requirements**: (Competency is based on education, training, skills, and experience). To adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual must have:

- 8+ years of communications experience preferably with a significant number of those focused on employee communications, or similar environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a strategic mindset with a focus on aligning communications with organizational goals.
- Team player and works well under pressure.
- Works well in ambiguous situation, with a mindset of ownership and accountability and stays highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in; Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- This position is a 6-month contract.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $83.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
