Responsibilities:
Special Nanny Needed - in Five Forks Simpsonville Starting in May 2024.

(Google Publix at Five Forks for more precise location.)

Alex is a very sweet special needs 7-year-old - in a wheelchair and has a g-tube. We want someone who enjoys doing fun things - going to the park, the zoo, and more Must be able to drive-we have a wheelchair van you will drive to pick him up from school. Be aware - he is a flirt and loves to blow kisses and smile

He currently weighs 65+ lbs. and needs to be lifted in/out of wheelchair/feeding chair, up/down from floor, and to/from the car for outings. Follow nap schedule, feeding schedule, & weekly therapy schedule. There will be a nurse with you for medication administration and g-tube feedings.

**Schedule** We need someone who can be flexible with their hours: Tuesday to Friday
- school days are 1:30p-6:30p (or up until 7:30pm if desired for more hours). Saturday extra hours are available. Non-school days can be flexible between 8am-6pm (30 hours max).

Pay will be between $14.50-$15 per hour doe.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Strong organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work environment

Light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, cleaning toys and medical equipment) is required.

Please note that a valid driver's license is required for this position.
