Job Overview:
Join our team at Esther Assisted Living Facilities as an Assistant Operations Manager and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care and a nurturing environment for our residents. This role plays a key part in supporting the Director of Operations in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Director of Operations in administering and managing the facilities.
- Coordinate staff management, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee resident care, dietary services, recreational activities, and housekeeping.
- Facilitate effective communication among staff, residents, and families.
- Assist in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and external partners to enhance resident care.
- Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and resident experiences.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrate experience in managing assisted living facilities or similar settings.
- Preferably credentialed as a caregiver or licensed practical nurse (LPN).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations relevant to assisted living.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role in healthcare, particularly in assisted living or elder care.
