Registered Behavior Technician

- Complete required training/testing for obtaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Work closely with the supervising BCBA to deliver treatment plans
- Maintain regular communication with parents, supervisor(s), and others
- Travel to clients at their home, school or other location(s)
- Collect data in data collection system
- Collect parent signatures at the end of every session
- Complete session notes daily before the end of your session
- Clean up your environment upon the end of a session
- Follow the Ethics Code laid out by the BACB. (The code will be provided during orientation)
- Attend monthly staff trainings

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- High school diploma (bachelor’s degree in psychology, education or behavior analysis preferred)
- A history of working with children/adolescents/young adults/families (developmental disabilities and ASD exp. preferred)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record
- Strong communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to maintain records and prepare reports
- Must be able to pass a criminal check
- BLS certified
- Must be able to pass and obtain RBT certification through BACB._
