Job Summary:

Healthpro Heritage, LLC is seeking a dedicated and reliable Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Therapist to join our team in the Virginia Beach/Suffolk, VA area. As a Behavior Therapist, you will provide in-person behavior therapy services to children and families living with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person behavior therapy services within home, community, and clinic settings by working directly with clients, either 1:1 or small group setting.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Psychologists, to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
  • Develop and implement behavior programs to help children and families achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education.
  • Must have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.
