**Purpose of the Position**:
The purpose of this role at AestheteMed Beauty and Wellness
Clinic is to ensure the seamless coordination of services for our clients. This
position plays a crucial role in enhancing client experience, ensuring treatment
protocol adherence, maintaining client satisfaction, and organizing a smooth
schedule flow to prevent overbookings and scheduling problems through
effective appointment management and communication.
**End Valued Product of the Position**:
The successful execution of this role will be calling first/ current patients and result in our clients receiving their treatments on time, understanding and following treatment protocols, leaving with a positive experience, and experiencing a well-organized schedule flow, thereby contributing to client loyalty and clinic reputation.
**We Prefer But Do Not Require**:
- Experience within the Beauty & Wellness industry
- Previously demonstrated successful sales experience over the phone
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual in English /Spanish
- Ability to communicate well in oral and written formats with all levels of our organization and our patients.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Handle up to 100 phone calls
- Must be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge and usage of Word, Google Docs, and Excel
- We offer Base $180 shift + commission % the total has posted is included the commission structure, you can earn more if you are the Shark in sales
