**Description**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Website Content Management**
- Build and update webpages within our CMS platform (WordPress), ensuring consistency in design, branding functionality and accessibility requirements across university sites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and partners across campus to implement website updates, including adding new content, images and multimedia elements with a focus on accessibility and user experience
- Assists with review and response to incoming website request tickets and gathering additional information as needed to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure digital content reflects the university's brand voice and aligns with marketing and communication objectives.

**Data and Analytics**
- Monitor basic website performance metrics like number of sessions, duration, bounce rate, etc. and make recommendations to enhance the user experience.

**Minimum Qualifications Required**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in public relations, advertising, communications, or a related field.

2. One (1) year (12 months) of professional work experience in communications, promotions, public relations, advertising, or event planning.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, graphic design or other similar role.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and user experience principles.
- Background in higher education or non-profit.
- Demonstrated understanding of accessibility issues and experience delivering consistently compliant digital experiences.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and others.
