- Schedule patient appointments accurately using medical scheduling software such as Epic or Eaglesoft
- Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Process insurance verifications and assist with billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in medical scheduling software like Dentrix
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for patient service
- Knowledge of medical records management and front desk operations
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus

Pay: $20.83 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
