Title: Creator Business Development Program Support Contractor

The Amazon Influencer Program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels for Amazon. This position will focus on recruiting and supporting strategic influencers within the Amazon Influencer Program, within the Creators team in New York and will work with the larger creator and marketing teams across New York and Seattle.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to discover prospective talent and track key performance metrics
- Leverage existing tech to provide personalized recommendations to creator partners to help drive day-to-day business and program engagement
- Propose and execute tech-based solutions to streamline existing processes
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute on strategic initiatives
- Effectively manage communications with external creators and agencies

**Required Skills**:

- 2+ years in marketing (influencer/affiliate marketing preferred) and/or tech
- 2+ years of cross-functional experience working with multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years in a customer-facing capacity
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

contract Length: 11 Months

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $30 - $34 per hour
