The Jr. Video Producer will be responsible for various aspects of the video production process. They will work alongside the Video Production Manager from ideation to scripting, shooting and editing. Some autonomy will be given on select projects to over-see the whole video production process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce, shoot and edit short in studio product videos
- Plan and produce compellingcontent that will be used on our various social media channels
- Oversee and actively track timelines, project communications and deliverables for a variety of video projects
- Manipulating footage to make it captivating, entertaining, and visually appealing
- Color correcting the segment so that all of the footage matches/create a cohesive look
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere, normally with quick turnaround times
- Work with the marketing team to plan and create video / interactive / animated /photographic content for social media and our website
- Collaborate with Video Production Manager to create compelling and creative scripts for commercials, ads, promos, etc.
- Organize and manage product Smart Sheets keeping our digital content up to date across social media and our website
- Assisting with various internal projectsper request of the CAM broadcast team (podcasts, highlight packages, promos, etc.)

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Portfolio of diverse video/ photography work that reflects creativity, storytelling skills, lighting skills, audio capture skills and music integration
- Proven experience with digital technology and any of the lead editing software (Preferably Adobe Suite)
- Familiarity with text animation, motion graphics (including experience with After Effects)
- Ability to work collaboratively andindependently on projects
- Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with brand standards, designing digital materials for marketing campaigns
- Experience with Smartsheets or Microsoft Excel

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience integrating video with social media and mobile platforms
- Experience with a wide range of camera technology (Canon professional cameras, SLRs, mobile, GoPro, DJI Products)
- Experience with Photoshop
- Experience in an editorial environment
- Experience in a video studio environment
- Working knowledge of PC operating systems
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Experience in marketing and communications a plus
- A degree in video production or related field is a plus

**The physical/mental requirements for this job function are as follows**:

- Must be able to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift
- Must be able to climb and descend ladders
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be able to push up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to pull up to 25 pounds
