Junior Brand Strategist

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Junior Brand Strategist to join our team at Optomi. In this role, you will collaborate with our client's team to create and implement brand strategies for pet-related products. Your efforts will focus on ensuring our offerings resonate with consumer preferences while aligning with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in formulating brand strategies for product introductions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Perform market analysis to uncover consumer insights and emerging trends.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams to uphold brand integrity and coherence with business objectives.
- Engage with external agencies and suppliers to produce marketing collateral and brand materials.
- Track brand performance metrics and provide insights on critical indicators.
- Oversee project schedules and financial plans to ensure effective brand initiatives.
- Contribute to the establishment of brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Serve as a brand representative and assist in product education.
- Organize and execute trade show activities as required.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience in project management.
- A genuine interest in pets and the pet industry is advantageous.
- Background in the animal health sector or related industries.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing within consumer packaged goods.
- Familiarity with the equine sector is a plus.
