**Salary**: $80,000 - $85,000 plus Bonus

Location: Hybrid (Remote and On-site)

Travel: Occasional Travel Required

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team and support our nationwide recruitment efforts.

**Major Accountabilities**:

- **Manpower Planning**: Ensure all positions are fully staffed through detailed manpower and succession planning for managers.
- **Building Applicant Sources**: Research and contact community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; provide information about the organization, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations and maintain rapport.
- **Applicant Evaluation**: Discuss job requirements and qualifications with managers; conduct interviews based on consistent qualifications.
- **Reporting**: Complete timely reporting on recruitment activity to ensure transparency and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Associates Degree and four years of staffing/recruitment experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and two years of staffing/recruitment experience.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- **Other**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-demand environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required. must have knowledge of California law
