**Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter (Bilingual)**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Essential Responsibilities **include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
- Coordinate and facilitate all on-site hiring events
- Partner with on-site Leadership to determine weekly hiring targets
- Manage applicant flow by utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate effectively with members of HR, Lab, Customer Service and the Distribution Center Leadership team
- Manage new hire onboarding including but not limited to background and drug screen
- Assist HR Manager and Corporate Recruiting Manager in other HR related activities as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Qualifications**
- High school diploma
- 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Bilingual (English /Spanish)
- Analytical mentality, self-starter with a strong desire to consistently exceed KPI’s
- Exceptional computer and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, acts with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in the workplace
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr- Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
