Using your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities, you'll be managing the administrative needs of several executives.

This position will report into the Head of Customer Experience and will have exposure/engagement with our Operations function including Technicians and Sales. This is a great role for someone interested in the Executive Assistant field as well as career growth into Business Operations

The Executive Assistant position is responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support for several positions across the organization. Responsibilities include complex calendaring, travel arrangements, expense reports, working with a team, and other special projects and tasks as necessary.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages calendar availability and commitments to ensure clear priorities and optimum use of time
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach
- Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously and proactively
- Regularly interacts with other team members in an effective and productive manner
- Assists with the tactical aspects of new employee onboarding for operations positions
- Maintains records, analyzes data, and generates reports for executive team
- Supports other departments as needed
- Schedules client appointments and meetings, including coordination of travel
- Calendar maintenance for team
- Answers/Screens/Routes telephone calls
- Organizes, prepares and edits executive presentations
- Manages and coordinates department functions

**Qualifications**:

- Requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a executive or personal assistant
- Very strong organizational and computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and/or Google Suite).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization from C-Suite to individual contributor.
- Experience with managing multiple executives and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work effectively in both an autonomous and team centric environment.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and support leaders in a remote capacity.
- Ability to collaborate collegially with peers in other companies, divisions or departments as required to ensure effective program/project management, and responsive administrative coordination.
- Understands and applies program/project management methods and processes to define, track and ensure the accomplishment of targeted goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
