Join our team as a Smoke Shop and Dispensary Employee and become an integral part of our dynamic cool vibe retail environment. As a Smoke Shop Employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the POS system and cash register efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and maximize revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product knowledge
- Handle stock replenishment and ensure shelves are well-stocked
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by collaborating with colleagues
- Stay updated on industry trends and new products
- Experience at another smoke shop for minimum of 2 years

Required:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of smoke shop products is a must

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 41 per week

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Austin, TX 78731 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Austin, TX 78731: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
