Collision Specialists Inc is a family & employee owned business of 45yrs. We value teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking a Collision Repair Shop Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with vehicle intake
  • Prepare vehicles for repairs by cleaning and removing any dirt and debris
  • Take photos and document vehicle condition
  • Preform Diagnostic Scans and test drives
  • Maintain shop materials and work areas
  • Perform final vehicle wash and detail
  • Keep vehicles on premises organized
  • Support technicians in locating and correcting quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting office with customer and vehicle deliveries
  • Assist office in the estimating process

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a fast based environment
  • Knowledge of basic automotive vehicles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
