Lyra Technology Group is looking for a sales leader to step in as Head of Sales for one of their operating companies, cloudIT, headquartered in Phoenix, AZ.

A bit about cloudIT

At cloudIT, we don't stop at being a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) or any other limiting category for that matter. We call ourselves a TSP, a Technology Service Provider, because when it comes to utilizing tech to better your business, we'll do it all. Whatever your needs are, we've got it managed for you. We have 6 key service lines to meet all your technology needs and a full-service staff of 75 experts to make the experience personalized and human.

cloudIT has grown substantially since its inception, and now our wide breadth of services allows our clients to stay up to date on technology. As part of our consultative service, we stress the consequences of not staying abreast of rapidly changing interdependent technologies. We partner with our clients so they don't have to scramble to react to technology changes that can cause swift erosion of its competitive advantages and bottom line that no one anticipated, especially in the cybersecurity arena.

Your work as the Head of Growth includes several components:

- Professionalizing the sales function
- Build out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
- Player / coach
- Leverage your network and sales skills to hunt and close deals as a player. As you succeed in driving sales, start building out a sales team that you will manage.
- Run cross-functional growth campaigns
- Your primary objective is driving new logo sales growth. However, we believe sales, account management, marketing, and operations should work together. You will be expected to run cross-functional growth campaigns.
- Business partner to the CEO- The sales leader of the organization should be the CEO's right-hand person. Formulate overall business strategy and execute.
- Managed Service Provider Sales experience
- Previous experience selling in an MSP environment is preferred.
- cloudIT is based in Phoenix
- experience with this market is preferred.
