- **Coffee Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care, ensuring each cup meets our high standards.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including acai bowls, breakfast burritos, crepes, and paninis.
- **Customer Service**: Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. This includes remembering customers' names, their orders, and making an effort to put a smile on their faces.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning the bathroom to ensure the shop is always in top condition.
- **Efficiency**: Ensure timely and efficient service during busy hours, managing multiple tasks effectively without compromising quality.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and seamless service experience.

**Requirements**:

- At least **6 months** of barista experience.
