**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
- Interact with other leaders and managers on the Delivery team, providing a comprehensive set of services across all aspects of project delivery.
- Interact and cooperate with the CTO and the engineering team to ensure alignment with the technical skills and direction of the company.
- **Process and Best Practices**:

- Define and standardize QA processes, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
- Implement and maintain QA tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Oversee the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Ensure thorough testing of software and hardware products to identify and resolve defects.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, including defect rates, test coverage, and test execution progress.
- **Client Services**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their QA needs and deliver tailored QA solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality QA services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients to improve QA processes and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software and/or hardware QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing QA processes and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with international teams and clients, especially in Latin America, is a plus.
- Spanish language skills are helpful.
- Occasional international travel is required.
