For a Quality Assurance Specialist, we are looking for a quick learner, with meticulous attention to details, is inquisitive, curious, and enjoys solving problems and driving improvements. You need to have good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach and work as part of a team. You will be responsible for performing quality audits, and assurance reviews of manufacturing processes, procedures, and job/project reports. This role is critical to the Criteria Labs Production Teams and to the customers that we serve.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing oversight and control of the quality control/assurance processes
- Maintaining the quality of products
- Ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored
- Quality Assurance Inspections
- Processing internal quality audits and quality assurance reviews
- Proposing improvements to company processes and procedures
- Documenting new and existing processes
- Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues
- Lead and facilitate the non-conformance and root cause analysis process.
- To assist in the writing, reviewing, and approval of job and project reports.
- Ensuring compliance with certifications, laws and regulations
- Training and mentoring all department team members on quality control and assurance processes and procedures
- Supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing product in compliance of customers’ requirements

**Requirements**:

- US Citizen
- Must have at least a high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing with quality control/assurance experience
- Working knowledge of the semiconductor industry and military standards is a plus.
- Willing to relocate to Austin, TX
- Monday through Friday with overtime opportunities available

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
