**Job Overview**:
This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Expected hours of work - Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

**Your Responsibilities**:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate. Will transfer a caller to an associate's voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable.- Greets and assist visitors to provide desired services such as providing new resident IDs, various forms and other issues as they may arise.- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel.- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.- Receives, stamps, sorts and forwards incoming mail.- Update internal databases as needed with new unit owner information.- Manage transponder process; issue, installation, data entry.- Collect and distribute all commission and board meeting minutes to the community, board and staff members.- Maintain Front Desk Manual and associated forms.- Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)- Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies, first aid supplies, maintenance, and miscellaneous supplies.- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, mailing, and collating.- Provide various administrative support duties to Managers as requested.- Ability to express or exchange information by means of the spoken word and must be able to read, with or without corrective lenses and follow instructions.- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent word processing and telephone skills.- Competent oral and written communication skills.- Quality customer service skills as well as the skills necessary to problem solve resident concerns and issues in a polite respectful manner.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Two (2) years of administrative service experience preferred.
- Two (2) years of customer service experience preferred.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required

**What We Offer**:
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, vision, and others. In addition, you will be eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match. Occasional travel may be required to attend training and other company functions.

**Compensation**:
$18.00- $20 per hour
