We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team at Tailchasers Barrington Pet Resort. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a 2-line phone system and respond to client inquiries
  • Assist in receiving and returning pets to their owners
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain office cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with local veterinary offices and manage client reservations
  • Engage warmly with clients visiting the facility
