Key Responsibilities- Answer phones and greet visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Support Administrative Assistants and leaders by performing routine administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Identify opportunities to improve individual work processes and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document production, and report preparation, using Microsoft Office software
- Receive direction from administrative assistants, supervisors, or leaders and escalate questions and issues as needed
- Interact with internal and external clients, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6+ months of administrative support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines and prioritize work to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
