Position Details
Full time: 32- 40 hours
Part time: M-Th evenings, F+S 7:45am-noon
Must be available a minimum of three nights a week until 7:30 PM, Monday through Thursday.
SATURDAY SHIFT REQUIRED
Location: Haddonfield, and Marlton

Must Haves:
Patient scheduling
Patient charting
Patient education
Ability to prioritize tasks and address patient concerns
Accepting co-pays/collections
Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
Responsibilities include:
Opening and closing procedures
Answering/managing phone calls and messages, excellent phone etiquette
Scheduling new and current patients, with the ability to foresee/resolve scheduling conflicts with clear communication to patients and staff
Registering new patients, preparing their documents
Checking-in patients, and accepting payments (cash/check/credit card)
Insurance verification (understanding benefits and coverage)
Detailed data entry into our electronic medical records system
Acquiring authorizations/approvals on behalf of patients
Communicating with therapist regarding patient plan of care
Collecting outstanding patient payments

Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
