**Provider Relations Representative Job Summary**:
We are currently seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic, and dedicated employee to join our Provider Relations team. Responsibilities include claims and appeals review, credentialing, contracting, and public relations.

**Provider Relations Representative Requirements**:

- College Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Basic data management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic and self driven
- A desire to help others with excellent customer service
- A commitment to excellence
- Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Access/ Excel, AMISYS and IntelliSoft desirable, but not required.
- Experience/knowledge of claims, appeals, and credentialing desirable, but not required
- Full-time required in-office hours, Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm
