We currently have positions in Guest Services for various shifts.
Our Guest Service Representatives ensure the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities of the role include but not limited to:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high emphasis on customer service
- Support and lead Front Desk and Guest Services associates in daily responsibilities
- Ensure all associates follow and practice department and hotel service, such as check in procedures, professional telephone etiquette, reservations, etc.
- Perform word processing, data entry and other duties as delegated by the General Manager and typically performed at Front Desk
- Complete Front Office reports and checklists
- Complete Front Office tasks; guest check-in/check-out, audit, reservations, manage inventory, revenue manage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
