**What’s In It For You**:

- $40,000-$55,000 (starting salary will depend on experience.)
- Bi-yearly bonus opportunities: One, mid-year and the second at year-end. The amount will vary and depends on the company’s bottom line and your experience and overall performance.
- Quality training to learn the “Entec Way” with senior technicians and/or our General Manager.
- Vacation time: 10 days after one year plus three sick days (But we are very flexible.)
- Paid Holidays (six major holidays).
- Medical, Dental and Life Insurance after 90 days.
- 401k matching after six months. 100% company match up to 3% and 50% company match up to 5%.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- A minimum of TWO years’ experience in (but not limited) customer service, dispatching, service scheduling, service manager, or account management.
- Ability to provide good customer service and professionalism via phone calls with customers.
- Understand basic functions of the use of different “Work APPS”
- Microsoft Office proficient required.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
- Able to pass both a background check and drug test.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone calls from customers needing service or help.
- Get required information from customer to schedule a technician a service call.
- Enter service calls in Work App and schedule technician service call.
- Schedule Annual/Semi-Annual Fire Alarm Inspections with customers based upon when it’s required to be inspected.
- Order parts for technicians for service repairs.
- Print off service tickets and provide billing information to Accounting dept.
- Submit Inspection reports to proper authorities.
- Submit deficiency repairs to be quoted for repair approval.
- Provide communication of schedule with technicians.
- A typical work week is Mon-Fri, 8 hours (8am-4pm).
