Job Overview:
As a Supply Chain Manager at Brand Force One, you'll lead supply chain and logistics operations across multiple CPG brands, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain tracking and forecasting for materials, packaging, and hardware across our portfolio of CPG brands.
- Develop tracking systems for freight shipments and merchandise.
- Assist in ERP system implementation and refinement.
- Serve as a communication link between marketing, sales and production teams to streamline processes and planning.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers for material sourcing, R&D, and sampling.
- Expand our supplier networks by reaching out to new suppliers, requesting samples, gathering data and negotiating pricing.
- Oversee purchasing and logistics of materials from suppliers to manufacturers.
- Develop systems for monitoring all freight shipments.
- Maintain accounts with carriers for domestic and international logistics.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multi-project supply chain management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong communication and strategic skills.
- Ability to lead teams and optimize processes.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
