**Role Description**:
Oak Street Health continues to grow and expand into new markets throughout the continental United States in a very fast paced manner. This fast paced growth is supported by dedicated teams that are responsible for all aspects of delivering a new fully functional center that spans sourcing new sites through supporting our first day of patients.

The Oak Street Health IT department is seeking a skilled, dynamic and motivated manager that oversees the field deployment setup teams that will be dedicated to the function of ensuring all new centers are built and delivered on time and in a fully operational manner as it relates to the technical services and infrastructure. This position reports directly to the Director of Technology Infrastructure for IT Expansion.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to IT expansion team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT expansion projects, ensuring the quality of standards and delivered on-time
- Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems, to support business growth objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support to construction teams during the design, planning, and execution phases of projects, addressing IT-related challenges and facilitating problem resolution.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for IT-related initiatives, equipment, and services, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize value and minimize risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Clinic Ops, Construction,, and operations, to align IT expansion initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients, to support IT expansion efforts and facilitate collaboration.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate progress, achievements, and challenges related to IT expansion initiatives.
